Subscription, Billing, Auto-Renewal & Refund Policy

1. Overview

This policy explains how subscriptions to Aion ("Aion," the "Service"), provided by Xheight (, of , Tel-Aviv, Israel), are billed, renewed, cancelled, and refunded. It applies to purchases made through our website at xheight.ai and through our mobile applications distributed on the Apple App Store and Google Play. By subscribing to Aion you agree to this policy, our Terms of Service, and our Privacy Policy.

You must be at least 16 years old (or the higher minimum age required in your jurisdiction) to purchase a subscription.

2. Plan Tiers and Pricing

Aion is offered on multiple subscription tiers with monthly and annual billing options. The features, limits, and prices for each tier are shown at the point of purchase and may vary by region, currency, and applicable taxes.

Current plan names, feature sets, and prices are displayed in-app and on our website at the time of purchase. Prices are not restated in this policy; the price shown at checkout is controlling.

3. Auto-Renewal

Subscriptions are recurring. Unless you cancel before the end of the then-current billing period, your subscription renews automatically for successive periods of the same length, and your payment method is charged the applicable renewal price (which may change on notice as described in your platform's terms). Auto-renewal continues until you cancel.

We will use commercially reasonable efforts to notify you of upcoming renewals and any price changes where required by law or platform rules. You can review your renewal date at any time in your account or subscription settings.

4. How and Where You Pay

Payment processing and refund handling depend on where you purchased your subscription:

  • Web (xheight.ai): payments are processed by Stripe. Xheight bills you directly.
  • iOS app: payments are processed by Apple through the App Store using your Apple ID.
  • Android app: payments are processed by Google through Google Play using your Google account.

Across all channels, RevenueCat acts as our subscription management platform and is the server-authoritative source of your entitlement status. Regardless of where you paid, RevenueCat reconciles your active plan; however, the party that processes a refund is determined by where you purchased, as set out below.

5. Refund Routing

Refund requests are routed to whoever processed your payment. Apple and Google operate their own refund programs and process refunds for purchases made through their stores; Xheight cannot issue refunds on their behalf.

For store purchases, Apple's and Google's policies and discretion govern whether a refund is granted. We are happy to help you locate the correct request path, but we do not control the outcome of store-processed refunds.

6. EU/UK Right of Withdrawal (14 Days)

If you are a consumer in the European Union or the United Kingdom, you generally have the right to withdraw from a purchase of digital services within 14 days of entering into the contract, without giving a reason.

However, because Aion is a digital service supplied immediately, at checkout you may be asked to (a) expressly consent to the service beginning during the 14-day withdrawal period and (b) acknowledge that you will lose your right of withdrawal once the service has been fully performed. Where you provide that express consent and immediate performance begins, your statutory right of withdrawal may be reduced or lost to the extent permitted by law. Where you have not consented to immediate performance, the standard 14-day withdrawal right applies.

To exercise a withdrawal right for a web purchase, contact support@xheight.com within the withdrawal period. For store purchases, exercise your rights through Apple or Google as applicable. This section does not limit any additional mandatory consumer rights available to you under local law.

7. Cancellation vs. Refund

Cancelling a subscription stops future renewals; it does not, by itself, refund amounts already charged. When you cancel, you typically retain access to paid features until the end of the current billing period, after which the subscription lapses.

  • Web purchases: manage or cancel in your Xheight account.
  • iOS purchases: manage or cancel in your Apple ID subscription settings.
  • Android purchases: manage or cancel in the Google Play subscriptions area.

8. Non-Refundable Conditions

Except where required by mandatory law or by the applicable store's policies, the following are generally non-refundable:

  • Partial or unused portions of a billing period after cancellation.
  • Fees for a period already elapsed and consumed.
  • Purchases where you expressly consented to immediate performance and the service has been fully performed.
  • Charges resulting from failure to cancel before a renewal date.

This section does not override any non-waivable statutory consumer protections in your jurisdiction.

9. Chargebacks

If you believe a charge is incorrect, please contact us at support@xheight.com (for web purchases) or Apple/Google (for store purchases) before initiating a chargeback with your bank or card issuer. Chargebacks filed without first contacting us may delay resolution. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access associated with a disputed or reversed payment and to contest chargebacks we believe are unwarranted.

10. Safety Features Are Never Paywalled

Core safety functionality in Aion — including hazard warnings and emergency features — is never gated behind a paid subscription. Cancelling, downgrading, or a lapsed payment does not disable these safety features. Billing status affects only premium, non-safety capabilities.

11. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated as required by law or platform rules. Your continued use of Aion after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
