In short: Aion is for people aged 16 and older. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 16.

1. Minimum age
You must be at least 16 to use Aion. If you are under the age of majority where you live but at least 16, use Aion only with a parent or guardian.
2. If we learn a child under 16 signed up
We will delete the account and its data, including any biometric patterns. A parent or guardian can ask us to review or delete a child's data by emailing support@xheight.com.
3. United States (COPPA)
In the United States, we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13, consistent with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act.
